Captain: Ben grew up sailing & racing dinghies on the south coast of Ireland from a very young age where he developed a passion for all things sailing and water related. He began instructing children during his free time from school & college commitments, while also refining his own skills on the racing circuit.

Ben made the move to Chicago where he taught sailing to adults and captained day cruises on Lake Michigan in front of the spectacular Chicago skyline for two years. During the cold winters he spent time doing maintenance on the fleet. After his stint in Chicago it was over to Croatia where he delivered week long charters up and down the Adriatic Sea from Spilt to Dubrovnik. He has since lived in the Caribbean year round delivering charters and diving throughout the entire Caribbean since 2015. Downtime for Ben involves anything to do with the outdoors & sports. If he’s not out stand up paddle boarding, wake boarding, diving, golfing or sailing he’s probably watching rugby on the television.

Ben prides himself on delivering exceptional charters that are aimed at his guests needs and he strives to surpass all their expectations. You can be sure that getting the sails up and shutting down the engines is a number one priority while sailing with Ben. A close second is ensuring you have a cold drink in hand and a smile on your face. His attention to detail is very apparent while aboard as he prides himself on the cleanliness & maintenance of his yacht.

Chef: Nicole Das Neves is a vibrant South African of Portuguese descent,that was born for adventure, travel and bringing a sense of warmth and comfort to everyone she meets.

Like a true South African, she makes a home where ever her heart is...and that's where the boats are.She has always had an innate love for traveling and not just scraping the surface of a countries culture, but immersing herself in it and that's when her decision was made to work in the countries she sought adventure. She was introduced to sailing at the age of 22 and her quest for work started then.

She did the necessary courses and was offered her first job where she was introduced to being a chef on board for the guests, and then a whole new adventure and love for food and cooking flared up. She has since done a cooking course to further her interest and knowledge as a foodie and thus creating a world where she can create a taste sensation and journey for people not only taking herself to a whole new place, but ensuring she takes others with her!

Nicole's warmth and love and passion and expression flows through everything she does and everyone she meets.
