*If unforeseen circumstances prevent this crew from hosting your charter, another competent crew will substitute. - A Moorings 5800 will be crewed by a professional captain and gourmet chef. For charters with more than 8 guests, an additional steward/ess will be provided to ensure the highest level of service.

Captain Edi  Edi Juričić was born in 1982 in Pula, Croatia and developed the affection with the sea since he was 2 years old as he would sail Kvarner archipelago with his dad on daily basis. As he worked his way up through skippering bare boat yachts, working as flotilla lead skipper, organizing and running skipper courses to get himself to working as a captain on crewed yachts he says that his biggest achievement in the last 13 years is keeping the same love for the job that he's so passionate about. Meeting new people while getting them to know local history tradition, unique cuisine Dalmatian way of life is his expertise. His knowledge, extensive experience, patience and calm personality create an unique atmosphere on the yacht that help you feel relaxed and make the most out of your holidays.Other hobbies, Edi prefers basketball and loves fitness. 

Chef Aleksandra is a kind and gentle person, always trying her best. She originally graduated trade school, then moved into the insurance industry. At this time, she was also involved in her family business where she gained experience within the bar, making cocktails and serving delicious food. She then joined the Moorings sister company, where she worked as a flotilla hostess, for 5 seasons; during this time she was responsible for booking restaurants, organizing ports, excursions, medical care, wine tasting, sightseeing and all other duties to make sure the guests were taken care of and had a good charter. She has now progressed to a position with The Moorings and looks forward to showing guests a unique but amazing experience on the water.

Stewardess Ana always knew she would spend most of her working hours surrounded by sea. She started by finishing Maritime studies in Split university, when her journey took her to the Moorings sister company where she spent 3 years being responsible for large groups of guests, making sure they are not lacking in any comfort and sharing her intense love of the region. Some of her duties included preparing drinks and various themed-parties, including snacks and local produce- platters. Managing bookings for guests, making sure all berths are reserved for large number of yachts, organizing dinners, wine tastings, day trips and similar was only part of her day- to –day obligations. She is now happy to fully concentrate on a smaller number of guests on board to make the whole charter experience even better.
