Captain: Ben grew up sailing & racing dinghies on the south coast of Ireland from a very young age where he developed a passion for all things sailing and water related. He began instructing children during his free time from school & college commitments, while also refining his own skills on the racing circuit.
Ben made the move to Chicago where he taught sailing to adults and captained day cruises on Lake Michigan in front of the spectacular Chicago skyline for two years. During the cold winters he spent time doing maintenance on the fleet. After his stint in Chicago it was over to Croatia where he delivered week long charters up and down the Adriatic Sea from Spilt to Dubrovnik. He has since lived in the Caribbean year round delivering charters and diving throughout the entire Caribbean since 2015. Downtime for Ben involves anything to do with the outdoors & sports. If he’s not out stand up paddle boarding, wake boarding, diving, golfing or sailing he’s probably watching rugby on the television.
Ben prides himself on delivering exceptional charters that are aimed at his guests needs and he strives to surpass all their expectations. You can be sure that getting the sails up and shutting down the engines is a number one priority while sailing with Ben. A close second is ensuring you have a cold drink in hand and a smile on your face. His attention to detail is very apparent while aboard as he prides himself on the cleanliness & maintenance of his yacht.
Chef: Nicole grew up around some of the most beautiful and remote Islands off Queensland Australia and feels most at home on the water. She is a natural entertainer with an eye for detail and takes care in ensuring her guests are always having a spectacular time.
While Nicole enjoys cooking classics, she is very adventurous and excels in international fusion leveraging from her extensive culinary education across the globe. Additionally, Nicole is very accommodating to her vegan, vegetarian, and dietary restricted passengers. With a bubbly and approachable nature, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Nicole is ready to take on any task set in front of her and always strives to create the trip of a lifetime!
Stew: George loves to travel and meet new people as well make new friends. He is very happy person and is very enthusiastic and active.
